Who Can Apply?

• Education: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE), BCA, MCA, or any degree with a passion for coding.
• Pass-out Year: 2022, 2023, 2024 graduates and 2025 final year students.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Understanding of any one backend language (Python/Node.js/PHP) is a plus.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Build & Deploy: Assistance in developing web applications and custom software modules.
• Debug & Fix: Identifying and fixing bugs in existing projects to ensure smooth performance.
• Fast Learning: Attending internal training sessions and quickly implementing new tech stacks.
• Documentation: Maintaining clear documentation for the code you write.

The Blueidealteck Performance Model (Compensation)

• Project Incentives: This role does not include a fixed monthly salary. Instead, you will receive project-based fees and incentives upon the successful completion of each project milestone.
• Experience Certificate: Upon the successful completion of your assigned projects, you will be awarded a valuable professional experience certificate.
