We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to leverage their professional network and strategic sales skills to secure new projects for our high-quality software solutions.

This is a high-potential, fixed-salary-free contract role. Your earnings will be a direct reflection of the revenue you generate.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Utilizing your network, strategic outreach (LinkedIn, targeted emails), and expertise to identify and qualify potential clients for custom software development projects.
  • Pitch & Qualification: Articulating the value of Blueidealteck’s core service offerings (Custom Software, Web Applications) and conducting detailed qualification to accurately capture client requirements.
  • Sales Closure & Strategy: Collaborating with the technical team (Founders/Project Manager) to define the scope and pricing of projects, and successfully negotiate and close sales contracts.
  • Partnership Management: Maintaining clear, professional communication and building trust with the client throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery and foster long-term relationships.

Compensation Structure (Performance-Based Earning)

This role offers uncapped earning potential based entirely on results:

  • Fixed Compensation: No fixed monthly salary is provided for this contract engagement. This aligns with our lean, bootstrapping model.
  • High Commission Rate: You will earn a competitive commission ranging from 5% to 10% of the total project value upon successful closure and client payment.
  • Payment Terms: Commissions are processed immediately following the receipt of funds from the client, typically upon project milestone completion or final payment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a results-oriented professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment:

  • Experience & Track Record: 3-6 years of proven success in B2B sales, IT services, or corporate relationship management, preferably in the software development sector.
  • Self-Motivation & Drive: A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to earn solely based on performance and results, without reliance on a fixed income.
  • Networking Mastery: Excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to engage and convert high-value clients (B2B).
